After filling out the calendar submission, you will receive an email with a reservation form. Please complete this form and return it via email, mail, or by dropping it off at the church office.

This form is the final step in reserving the church for your date and time. It must be submitted at least two weeks prior to your event. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your reservation.
